At Blonde and Boujee Hair by Jayde, every appointment is thoughtfully scheduled to provide each guest with the highest level of care and attention. To ensure fairness and maintain the quality of service, the following policies are in place: ⸻ Cancellation Policy A 50% cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 50% of the service fee and no longer able to book future appointments. ⸻ Emergency Policy I understand that life happens. In the event of a severe illness, family emergency, or extreme weather conditions, I will extend one grace pass per client—no cancellation fee will be applied. Each situation will be considered with compassion and discretion. ⸻ Late Arrival Policy Punctuality is essential to ensure the best possible experience. • Arrivals more than 10 minutes late will incur a $20 fee. • Arrivals more than 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show and charged accordingly. ⸻ Abuse of Booking Privileges Consistently scheduling and canceling disrupts the availability for other valued clients. Should this pattern arise, I may kindly request that you join the waitlist moving forward to ensure fair access for all. These policies are designed to protect the integrity of my business while honoring your time and the time of others. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
